Oil Kumar (1951–1990) aka "Boot House Kumar", ganglord〔The Hindu 19/11/1990〕 and organized crime boss, headed the Bangalore underworld in the 1980s along with other notable figures such as M. P. Jayaraj and Kotwal Ramachandra.
